Holiday Inn Express - Charleston/Kanawha City, an IHG Hotel

I liked the staff was very friendly when we arrived. We never did get to eat the breakfast but that was because we slept passed the time, they were serving the meals. The room was very clean and when we asked for clean towels and our trash to be emptied the staff was always willing to help with what we needed. The one thing that made everyone happy was the indoor pool since the kids had a great time with that it deftly made this mom and dad enjoy our stay better.

Staff was very friendly !! Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. I loved the “your room had been sanitized” sticker put on the door than you had to pull off before opening the door. Even had a Keurig coffee pot !! I was able to use my own coffee pods I had with me !!

it was adequate. Nothing special. Kids loved the indoor pool.

The location is perfect to break up the length of our trip every 6 months

Everything the staff from all shifts were fantastic so friendly!!!!
